Job Description

The Seabird Resort is a premier beachfront destination known for its luxurious accommodations, stunning ocean views, and exceptional guest services. This resort offers a variety of amenities including fine dining, recreational facilities, and a welcoming atmosphere that caters to both leisure and business travelers. Among its standout features is the Shelter Club Restaurant, a sophisticated yet casual pool bar and restaurant located behind the outdoor third-floor pool. Guests at the Shelter Club enjoy a unique dining experience where they can savor craft beers, cocktails, and a menu featuring sandwiches, salads, burgers, and fresh fries while relaxing poolside with picturesque ocean views. We are currently seeking a Rockstar Supervisor to join our dynamic team at the Shelter Club Restaurant. This role is seasonal, expected to continue until around Labor Day 2026, and offers an hourly wage of $24.00. This position does not earn tips. The Supervisor plays an essential role in maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, effective communication skills, and a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities include coaching and supervising team members, supporting senior leadership, assisting with scheduling, payroll, interviewing, and ensuring compliance with food safety protocols. Additionally, this role serves as a key liaison between the culinary team and restaurant operations, helping to deliver seamless service and uphold the resort's reputation.

This is a fast-paced environment requiring flexibility and adaptability, with possible shifts between different outlets as needed for business operations. The Supervisor must have a true desire to satisfy guest needs and the ability to think quickly while maintaining composure. Physical stamina is also important as the role involves standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights. Full availability, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts, is required. Candidates should come with experience in food service and supervisory roles, alongside skills to serve and pour alcoholic beverages responsibly.

Job Requirements

  • Must be able to provide full availability each week including weekends, holidays and overnights

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in food service preferred
  • 1+ years of experience supervising others preferred
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Qualified to serve and pour alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to think on feet and emotionally regulate self
  • True desire to satisfy customer needs in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
