The role of Supervisor, Food and Beverage, under the direction of the Assistant Manager, Food and Beverage, is a pivotal leadership position within the Food and Beverage department. This role is fundamentally responsible for the efficient scheduling and oversight of subordinate employees, with a clear focus on continuously improving both the quantity and quality of work performed. The Supervisor is charged with ensuring that all food and beverage operations are carried out in an efficient and economical manner, balancing cost control with exceptional service delivery.

The Supervisor assists with managing the Food and Beverage venues, ensuring that every guest receives top-tier service consistent with the established Enterprise standards. Additionally, the Supervisor collaborates closely with venue leadership teams to formulate and implement department initiatives aimed at increasing sales, maximizing profitability, and maintaining stringent cost controls. Job Requirements
- Associate's degree in hospitality management, food service, business, or related field required
- Minimum two years of restaurant, customer service, or related experience required
- Related or direct experience may be considered in lieu of education requirements
- Must possess strong leadership and people management skills
- Must be able to delegate, multi-task, lead, and prioritize effectively
- Must maintain confidentiality and act in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Must be proficient in English language communication
- Must be able to perform basic mathematical operations
- Must obtain and maintain Responsible Beverage Service certification
- Must obtain and maintain ServSafe certification
- May be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license at the discretion of the San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission
- Must be able to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- Must present a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally and perform activities such as balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions
- Must have sufficient hearing and speech abilities to communicate effectively
- Must have visual acuity to perform data analysis and inspections
- Ability to travel for meetings, trade shows, and conferences
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree in hospitality management, food service, business, or related field
- Minimum two years of restaurant, customer service, or related experience
