Job Requirements

  • Minimum age 18
  • ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification or willingness to obtain
  • ability to work independently
  • available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • available for full-time summer season
  • able to stand and walk for extended periods
  • strong communication skills
  • previous food service experience

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum age 18
  • ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification or willingness to obtain
  • outgoing, professional, and friendly demeanor
  • strong communication and decision-making skills
  • ability to work independently
  • ability to train and multitask
  • knowledge of multiple unit operations
  • previous food service experience
  • leadership and organizational skills
  • able to work and stand for up to 6 hours in all weather conditions
  • availability for flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • available to work 5 days per week during full-time summer operation

Job Duties

  • Provide positive interaction with guests and team members
  • ensure unit management follows POS procedures
  • conduct frequent temperature testing and document results
  • perform quality checks and product rotations
  • maintain workplace health department guidelines
  • assign and follow up on cleaning tasks
  • assist with food preparation and service
  • maintain a safe work environment
  • ensure correct product orders and proper storage
  • train and provide feedback on order completion and storage
  • ensure use of checklists, safety audits, and inventories
  • utilize staffing plans to manage productivity
  • enforce company attendance, grooming, and break policies
  • complete seasonal evaluations and corrective actions
  • spot check weekly inventory
  • assist in departmental training sessions
  • monitor department scheduling
  • supervise all food and beverage locations during duty shifts
