The Food & Beverage Supervisor role at Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa is an exciting full-time opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality leadership and customer service excellence. This position is integral to managing the resort’s food and beverage operations, which include multiple dining outlets catering to diverse guests. The supervisor will be responsible for various operational aspects such as scheduling staff, addressing and resolving guest concerns with professionalism, coaching and developing team members, conducting training sessions to uphold high service standards, managing payroll records, and overseeing day-to-day food and beverage activities.
