Miccosukee Casino & Resort is a premier entertainment destination located in South Florida, well-known for its vibrant casino, luxury accommodations, and diverse amenities designed to enhance guest experiences. The resort features a variety of facilities including a new Smoking Room & Bar, a High Limit Slots area, and an exclusive VIP Lounge. As part of its ongoing expansion, the resort has exciting future projects planned such as a lazy river and water park, a large entertainment venue with a capacity of over 2,000 guests, and renovated hotel rooms aimed at maintaining its status as a leading South Florida destination.
Recognized for its outstanding workplace culture and exceptional guest services, Miccosukee Casino & Resort has earned prestigious awards including the 2023 Miami-Dade Favorites Gold Award for Best Casino, Miami New Times’ Best of Miami Winner for 2024, and the USA Today Top Workplace awards for both 2024 and 2025. The resort’s commitment to excellence is reflected in its mission to provide a memorable, impressive, caring, and original experience not only for its guests but also for its employees and surrounding community. Creating a safe and enjoyable work environment is a top priority, embodying what is known as the MICCO way.
The F&B Supervisor position at Miccosukee Casino & Resort is a full-time role with a competitive starting wage of $20.00 per hour. This key leadership role involves overseeing the daily operations of the beverage services across all Food & Beverage venues within the resort. The supervisor will lead a dedicated team to ensure operational efficiency, uphold the highest standards of guest service, and maximize profitability related to beverage offerings. Strategic direction, effective team management, and operational oversight are critical components of this position.
The F&B Supervisor will be responsible for scheduling staff, training and coaching employees, ensuring compliance with the resort’s service expectations, and maintaining accurate inventory and cost controls. This position requires in-depth knowledge of various liquor brands, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages as well as the ability to develop and promote seasonal and venue-specific beverage menus. Monitoring sanitation standards and equipment maintenance are also essential duties. The supervisor must handle guest concerns professionally while fostering a motivating and positive atmosphere among the team.
Working at Miccosukee Casino & Resort offers a unique opportunity to be part of an evolving establishment that values top-tier service and employee growth. The role demands flexibility, as the casino operates 24/7, and shift schedules, including overnight shifts, holidays, and weekends, will vary depending on business needs. The F&B Supervisor must be physically capable of operating in a dynamic, smoke-influenced environment that requires extended periods of walking, standing, and lifting. The position suits candidates who thrive in fast-paced, collaborative settings and who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting a dedicated team.
