Job Requirements
- Two or more years lead or supervisory experience in comparable food service operation
- ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- computer knowledge including Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS systems
- flexibility to perform multiple tasks and work in stressful situations
- availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- necessary state food handler's license and liquor serving permit
- must be available evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Two or more years of lead or supervisory experience in food service
- ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- computer proficiency including Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS systems
- flexible with ability to multitask and work well under stress
- knowledge of wine fundamentals preferred
- excellent communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Supervises personnel employed in the Food and Beverage Department
- schedules, trains, and motivates employees daily
- assists service team on the floor and with wine service
- facilitates sales, customer service, and operations interface daily
- oversees daily operations of all Food and Beverage outlets
- ensures profitability and adherence to safety and quality standards
- inventories supplies and maintains accurate records
- responds to inquiries and complaints and maintains guest relations
- administers state liquor laws relevant to operations
- communicates guest issues with management
- ensures guest expectations are exceeded by being responsive and engaged
- represents the organization as primary contact to ensure guest needs are met
- ensures a safe and clean work environment
