Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage operations preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Oversee restaurant operations including staffing setup service and breakdown ensuring exceptional guest experiences
  • Lead and mentor restaurant associates while fostering teamwork and morale
  • Monitor inventory place orders and manage payroll to support efficient operations
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards including proper food handling and sanitation practices
  • Address guest concerns promptly and effectively empowering associates to exceed expectations
  • Support hiring training and cross-training initiatives to build a skilled and motivated team
