Job Description

Hilton Hotels is a globally renowned hospitality company with a rich legacy of delivering exceptional guest experiences for over a century. As a leader in the hotel industry, Hilton operates a diverse portfolio of world-class hotels and resorts across the globe, committed to creating memorable moments for every guest. With a dedication to excellence, innovation, and a people-first approach, Hilton has earned numerous accolades, including repeated recognition as one of the World's Best Workplaces by Great Place to Work and Fortune. The company fosters an inclusive and supportive workplace culture where team members are empowered to grow their careers and make a meaningful impact.

Joining Hilton as a Restaurant Supervisor means stepping into a pivotal role that goes beyond managing daily operations at one of the hotel's dining outlets. This position is about embodying the spirit of hospitality—delivering warmth and light that enhances each guest's stay through memorable dining experiences. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will oversee and participate in all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring that service standards, food quality, and regulatory compliance are consistently met or exceeded. Your role will involve guiding and mentoring team members on the floor, assisting with staff scheduling, and fostering an environment where teamwork and leadership thrive.

In this role, you play a key part in driving revenue growth by supporting marketing initiatives and promoting upselling techniques to maximize food and beverage sales. You will also be responsible for upholding strict health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure the safety and well-being of both guests and staff. Hilton's core values—Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership, and a sense of Urgency—are central to succeeding in this role, as they define the qualities necessary to create unforgettable experiences for guests.

Hilton is dedicated not only to the success of its guests but also to the well-being and development of its team members. This commitment is reflected in a comprehensive benefits package, including amazing travel perks such as access to deeply discounted room rates through the Go Hilton travel program, an employee stock purchase plan for financial growth, and paid parental leave recognizing the importance of family. The company also provides personalized caregiving support, crisis concierge services, mental health resources, generous paid time off, and extensive health and welfare benefits to support the physical and emotional needs of its employees.

Working at Hilton means being part of a global leader in hospitality that values every team member’s contribution and invests in their future. Whether you are beginning your career or seeking new challenges, Hilton offers unparalleled opportunities for growth, development, and making a positive impact in the hospitality industry. Join Hilton to help light up every guest's experience and to be part of a workplace culture that is as exceptional as the stays they provide.
