The successful candidate will play an instrumental role in managing team members, ensuring all shifts run smoothly, and maintaining the company’s high standards of service. This position demands a leader who can enforce performance standards and company policies, monitor and develop staff performance, and ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and legal regulations, including gaming laws. The individual will also be responsible for promoting positive customer relations through timely, courteous, and effective service. They will assist Food and Beverage Managers in scheduling and staffing while maintaining accurate inventories and security of alcoholic beverages. The role includes supervisory responsibilities like interviewing, hiring, training, appraising, and, when necessary, disciplining staff in accordance with company policies and legal standards. This role requires excellent interpersonal communication skills, the ability to handle customer complaints to their satisfaction, and a professional demeanor with a high degree of integrity and organizational skills. The candidate must be prepared to work any position within the department as needed, to provide emergency coverage and uphold the utmost service quality. The environment involves variable noise levels and exposure to a smoke-filled atmosphere on the casino floor, demanding physical stamina and sound judgment. Job Requirements

Job Duties
