Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- one to two years restaurant or bar supervisory experience preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- appropriate licensure
- knowledge of local jurisdiction gaming laws and regulations
- knowledge of company internal controls, policies and procedures
- ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
- ability to write reports and correspondence
- ability to speak effectively before groups
- ability to work with mathematical concepts like fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions
- ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- ability to interpret technical instructions and manage abstract and concrete variables

Job Duties
- interacts effectively with the public and team members
- perform excellent customer service at all times
- enforce performance standards, policies and procedures related to restaurant and beverage operations
- monitor food server service on the dining floor
- ensure smooth and efficient operations continuously
- ensure highest standards of customer service and team member relations
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and beverage laws and regulations
- assist with scheduling and staffing adjustments
- maintain knowledge of company policies and service standards
- enforce policies and procedures with staff
- monitor job performance and provide feedback
- provide input on operational deficiencies
- promote positive customer relations
- handle hiring, suspending, transferring, promoting, evaluating, disciplining and terminating team members
- cover emergency positions when required
- maintain accurate inventory of spirits and wine
- ensure security of alcoholic beverages
- complete alcohol awareness training and certification
- handle customer complaints satisfactorily
- receive payment courteously
- adhere to cash control policies
- maintain consistent attendance
- assist with ushering at events
- perform any reasonable management requests
