The Food and Beverage Supervisor role at Canyon Ranch is a vital position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Vaquero restaurant on property, as well as supporting the UU Cafe as needed. This role ensures that the restaurant staff work cohesively to deliver impeccable service while meeting guests' needs effectively. As a leader, the supervisor manages all employment aspects of the assigned team including interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, coordinating work assignments, performance evaluations, coaching, discipline, and the exit process. The Food and Beverage Supervisor is also responsible for holding daily operational meetings to maintain clear communication and high standards among staff members. Furthermore, they oversee and organize special events, ensuring flawless execution that aligns with the brand’s prestigious reputation. This leadership position requires a proactive and professional approach to managing a dynamic hospitality environment within one of the nation’s top wellness resorts.
