The Restaurant Supervisor will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with food safety and alcohol service standards, maintaining cleanliness and organization of all prep areas and equipment. This hands-on position requires readiness to assist servers and other associates to maintain efficient service flow. Candidates must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and comfortable with extended periods of standing, walking, bending, or squatting, reflecting the active nature of the role.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of restaurant service experience
  • at least 1 year of supervisory experience
  • food safety and alcohol awareness certifications or ability to earn within 60 days
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • ability to stand, walk for extended periods, and bend or squat
  • must meet minimum legal age to serve alcohol
  • flexible availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead, train, and schedule restaurant team members to deliver seamless service across every shift
  • Support daily operations by resolving guest concerns quickly and independently, ensuring exceptional experiences from arrival to check-out
  • Ensure opening and closing side work is completed accurately and consistently
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by keeping all equipment and prep areas clean and compliant
  • Jump in to assist servers and other restaurant associates to keep service smooth and efficient
