We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team at The Oaks Club at Valencia. This role is pivotal in maintaining the club's high standards of dining service and guest satisfaction. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will oversee and coordinate daily restaurant and banquet operations, ensuring seamless service and exceptional customer experiences. This position requires a proactive leader who can effectively train, guide, and motivate the food and beverage team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory management, quality control, and collaboration with the events team to organize and execute banquets, weddings, and special events. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask
  • Flexibility in work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Oversee and coordinate daily restaurant and banquet operations to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Train and supervise staff to deliver a high level of service that aligns with the club's standards
  • Schedule and manage the day-to-day activities of the food and beverage team
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service
  • Address customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution
  • Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders for food and beverage supplies
  • Implement strategies to control costs and minimize waste
  • Collaborate with the events team to coordinate and execute banquets, weddings, and special events
  • Ensure all aspects of events, including setup and breakdown, meet or exceed customer expectations
