The Bradley Hotel, situated in Fort Wayne, Indiana, is a true representation of the city’s authentic Midwestern charm blended with modern design. The hotel is currently seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented Food & Beverage Supervisors for both AM and PM shifts to lead front-of-house teams in the hotel’s renowned dining venues, Birdie’s Rooftop and Arbor. This full-time role aims to foster a dynamic and efficient work environment where exceptional guest experiences are created, service standards are maintained at a high level, and team members are supported to grow professionally.
As a Working Food & Beverage Supervisor at The Bradley, you will assume a hands-on leadership position that involves overseeing daily operations within the food and beverage outlets. Your responsibilities will include supervising, coaching, and developing the front-of-house team to ensure that every guest receives superior service. You will lead by example, working directly alongside team members during service periods to provide guidance and maintain high standards of hospitality. Emphasis is placed on maintaining compliance with safety, sanitation, and operational procedures, ensuring that all restaurant areas meet brand quality expectations and health regulations. The role also entails managing guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, supporting restaurant promotions, assisting in cash handling and credit controls, and contributing positively to the overall work environment. This position provides an excellent platform to refine leadership skills in a luxury hospitality setting while contributing to the continued success and reputation of The Bradley and Pyramid Global Hospitality as a whole.

Job Requirements
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a restaurant, luxury hotel, or full-service resort preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced food and beverage environment
- Knowledge of Micros POS is preferred
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent guest service and communication abilities
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality

Job Duties
- Lead and support the day-to-day operations of Birdie's and Arbor during assigned shifts
- Supervise, coach, and develop front-of-house team members to deliver exceptional service
- Lead by example by working alongside the team during service
- Ensure compliance with all hotel, restaurant, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally while maintaining the highest level of guest satisfaction
- Answer guest questions regarding hotel amenities, restaurant offerings, and property services
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness, presentation, equipment, and work areas to ensure brand standards are maintained
- Inspect food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and compliance with health regulations
- Assist with cash handling, balancing receipts, and maintaining established credit and cash control procedures
- Support restaurant promotions and maintain knowledge of food and beverage offerings
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and engaging work environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational success
