The Food & Beverage Supervisor role at Aloft Denver Downtown is more than just a managerial position; it’s an opportunity to help create one of downtown Denver’s most exciting hotel bar experiences. You will lead the bar operations, actively participating during shifts and contributing to an energetic and welcoming atmosphere. This includes overseeing the light food program, ensuring guests receive superior service and quality. Collaborations with the sales team to execute meeting and catering events are part of the role, giving you varied responsibilities and the chance to impact multiple facets of the hotel’s food and beverage offering.

Moreover, the position involves designing and implementing bar activations, themed events, happy hours, and forging local partnerships that energize the W XYZ® Bar. Hourly pay ranges from $23.00 to $26.00, depending on experience, with the chance to earn additional income through bar shift tips due to its working supervisor nature.
