We are currently seeking a passionate and highly motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role plays a pivotal part in managing the daily operations of our bar and event spaces to ensure guests receive exceptional service and memorable experiences. As a key member of the management team, you will report directly to the Food & Beverage Manager and supervise both the Restaurant and Banquet Teams. As the Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of bar and event space operations, with a hands-on approach to leadership that inspires your team and elevates guest satisfaction. Your role involves coordinating banquet events, ensuring all setups including audiovisual equipment and food and beverage services meet the highest standards. You will lead, train, and schedule staff including baristas, servers, and banquet personnel to maintain efficient service and uphold brand standards. Managing financial controls will be a key part of your responsibilities, monitoring labor costs, inventory, and ordering processes to support budgeting goals. Moreover, you will be the frontline problem solver, quickly addressing any guest concerns and ensuring the brand’s service standards are consistently upheld. This role demands someone with excellent communication skills, a strong leadership presence, and the flexibility to work varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of supervisory F&B or hospitality experience Marriott or select-service hotel experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
  • Strong communication time management and leadership skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings evenings weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of the bar and event spaces ensuring product quality cleanliness and compliance with brand and health standards
  • Coordinate and execute banquet events including setup audiovisual and F&B service
  • Lead and develop your team train schedule and supervise baristas servers and banquet staff and provide coaching feedback and performance management stepping in to cover shifts as needed
  • Manage financial aspects monitor and control labor food and beverage costs oversee inventory ordering and support budgeting
  • Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction resolve complaints promptly and uphold brand service standards
