The Bradley is currently seeking enthusiastic AM and PM Working Food and Beverage Supervisors to join their team and oversee operations in the Birdie's and Arbor restaurants. This role is vital in ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

As a Working Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will take charge of day-to-day operations within both Birdie's and Arbor restaurants, ensuring employee and guest satisfaction is consistently exceeded by assessing customer needs and meeting quality standards for service. Your responsibilities include supervising staff, overseeing cash control, upholding property promotions, managing alcoholic beverage menus, and maintaining overall housekeeping and maintenance within the restaurants. This position demands a focus on providing a quality dining experience that fosters a loyal customer base and enhances the reputation of the establishments.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a luxury hotel or full-service resort restaurant, possess knowledge of Micros POS systems, and demonstrate the ability to make quick, effective decisions under pressure while maintaining excellent customer service. Supervisory duties include overseeing all front-of-house employees during designated shifts and supporting staff as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food and beverage supervisory role
  • Knowledge of Micros POS system
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

  • Ability to oversee staff and manage operations effectively

Job Duties

  • Supervise and develop the performance of employees to ensure efficient operations and adherence to policies and procedures
  • Supervise programs that promote a positive work environment for all employees
  • Answer inquiries pertaining to property policies and services
  • Compile and balance cash receipts at the end of the day or shift
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are fully implemented including safety and emergency guidelines
  • Function as a liaison between guests and restaurant/bar while maintaining high customer service
  • Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas for cleanliness and appearance
  • Inspect food and food preparation to maintain quality and sanitation standards
  • Investigate and resolve food quality and service complaints
  • Maintain credit policies in the restaurant/bar
  • Perform other duties as directed by immediate managers
  • Provide assistance to staff members as necessary
