The role of Food & Beverage Supervisor at The Westin Nashville is a vital leadership position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, lounges, and in-room dining services. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage supervision or related hospitality leadership role
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Proficiency in point-of-sale and operational software
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage supervision or similar hospitality leadership role
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards
- Excellent customer service and communication skills

Job Duties
- Lead daily food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and seamless service delivery across restaurant, bar, lounge, and in-room dining venues
- Champion Westin and Marriott service standards by creating welcoming, personalized experiences that anticipate and exceed guest expectations
- Support, coach, and motivate associates, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and service excellence
- Assist with onboarding and ongoing training to ensure associates are knowledgeable, confident, and equipped to deliver outstanding hospitality
- Monitor service quality, outlet presentation, and cleanliness to maintain the highest standards of operational excellence
- Act as a point of contact for guest concerns, resolving issues professionally and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with leadership to drive operational efficiency, maintain appropriate inventory levels, and support cost-control initiatives
