This role at Foothills Golf Club offers an exciting opportunity for a committed and skilled Full Time Food & Beverage Supervisor to join a dynamic and professional team. The position focuses on overseeing the food and beverage department, ensuring that all service standards are maintained to the highest level, consistent with the values of LGM. The supervisor will support the Food and Beverage Manager in administrative duties and coordinate staff to deliver superior customer service. The Food & Beverage Supervisor will play a significant role in orchestrating the daily operations in the restaurant and dining areas, as well as managing special events such as banquets, weddings, and private functions. Responsibilities include staff supervision, event execution, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety standards. The position requires someone with a customer-first mindset, excellent organizational ability, and a thorough understanding of food safety regulations and financial controls within food and beverage operations.

In addition, the role requires certification as a Food Protection Manager (ServSafe Manager Certification) as a standard for maintaining safe food handling and compliance with liquor laws.

Job Requirements
- Must have knowledge in food and beverage operations including financial controls and staff management
- Ability to provide high level of customer service with attention to detail
- Understanding of safe food handling procedures
- Able to direct and maintain a safe and secure environment
- Demonstrates commitment to success of the club
- Regular and punctual attendance is required
- Physical capability to perform duties including standing and walking 75-100 percent of the time
- Capacity to lift over 50 pounds occasionally
- Proficiency in computer use and POS systems
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Some college preferred
- One year of experience in food and beverage operations or related field
- Certified Food Protection Manager (ServSafe Manager Certification)
- Proficient computer skills with POS system experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and financial controls
Job Duties
- Supervises and directs food and beverage staff to meet service expectations
- Conducts meetings, walkthroughs, and executes banquets, weddings, private events
- Assists with opening and closing shifts including register set-up and deposit handling
- Serves members and guests during course functions meeting service standards
- Directs set-up and takedown of course events and completes necessary reports
- Assists in staff scheduling and food and bar inventory maintenance
- Ensures compliance with health code standards and liquor laws
