Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in food and beverage or hospitality management
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations

Job Duties
- Manages the operation of the Food and Beverage areas
- Assures all administrative and health standard duties are performed
- Provides, manages, and implements direct customer service for the department
- Completes all Food orders, completes all inventories, maintaining appropriate items for use and sale
- Provide leadership, mentoring, training, and discipline to subordinates as needed
- Must understand and comply with the System of Minimum Internal Control Standards
- Consistently enforces policies and procedures
- Interviewing, conducting orientations, and scheduling
- Manage budgets, process invoices, track expenses, and maintain records
- Enforce health, safety, and food handling regulations
- All other assigned duties
