The role of Food & Beverage Supervisor at DoubleTree Hotel by the Galleria is critical to maintaining the high standards of service in the hotel’s restaurant, lobby bar, and in-room dining operations. The Food & Beverage Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, ensuring staff deliver an excellent guest experience by adhering to company policies and service protocols. The role includes supervising a team of food and beverage staff, training new hires, providing hands-on support during shifts, and assisting the Food & Beverage Manager in operational management. The supervisor will also conduct regular inspections and walkthroughs to ensure that opening and closing duties and service standards are consistently met. This is a dynamic position that requires strong communication skills in English, flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays, and the physical stamina to stand or walk for extended periods and handle trays weighing up to 30 pounds. Certification in TABC (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission) and Food Handler are required for compliance and safety standards.
