The Food & Beverage Supervisor role, based in Aurora, Colorado, offers a full-time opportunity within Stonebridge's dynamic team. As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising all aspects of food and beverage service, including overseeing staff performance, managing costs, and maintaining compliance with health and liquor regulations. The role requires strong leadership skills to guide the food and beverage associates, bartenders, and room service staff, ensuring they provide courteous and professional service. Beyond just operational duties, the Supervisor is expected to foster a positive guest experience by ensuring high-quality service and handling any customer concerns promptly and effectively.
In addition, this role demands vigilant oversight of inventory, stock security, and cost control measures to sustain profitability. Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in food and beverage operations or a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of POS systems, cost control, and inventory management
- Knowledge of food hygiene regulations and liquor laws
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team, including training and performance management
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in resolving guest complaints and maintaining high service standards
- Ability to collaborate with different departments, such as front office and housekeeping

Job Duties
- Ensures prompt and efficient service of all meals, snacks, and beverages to the required standards
- Maintains profit margins by managing costs through sales analysis, menu costing, and cash handling procedures
- Ensures cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant and bar, including table setups and flower arrangements
- Supervises food and beverage associates, ensuring they are well-groomed, professionally dressed, and provide courteous service
- Manages bartenders and room service staff, ensuring they are trained and meet service standards
- Oversees room service orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Manages the ordering, storing, and issuing of goods, maintaining security and adherence to stock requirements
- Handles customer complaints and ensures high service quality
- Ensures compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards
- Conducts regular performance reviews, identifies training needs, and ensures ongoing staff development
- Circulates throughout the restaurant and bar, maintaining visibility with guests and staff
- Conducts regular staff training and stays informed about industry trends for continuous improvement
