The Food and Beverage Supervisor role at Hyatt Regency La Jolla is a pivotal position within the hospitality team. Individuals in this role are tasked with leadership duties that support senior management in maintaining superior food and beverage operations. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year hotel experience preferred
  • Previous restaurant experience preferred
  • Proficient in general computer knowledge
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Flexible availability including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Must possess identification proving authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year hotel experience preferred
  • Previous restaurant experience preferred
  • Proficient in general computer knowledge
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership and relationship skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead and coach food and beverage associates
