Job Requirements
- High school education preferred
- minimum five years experience in high-volume beverage operation
- ability to obtain any government-required licenses or certificates
- must obtain responsible beverage service (RBS) certification within 60 days of employment
- ability to read and comprehend instructions and correspondence
- ability to write simple correspondence
- effective presentation skills in one-on-one and small group situations
- ability to understand verbal English for customer requests
- ability to perform basic arithmetic operations and interpret bar graphs
- ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization
- ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions
- capacity to adapt to loud, busy casino environment
- physical ability to stand, walk, handle, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, hear, taste, smell
- ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and push items up to 100 pounds

Job Duties
- Provide friendly, fast, and helpful guest service
- maintain positive, professional working relationships with team members
- supervise Food and Beverage service staff during shifts
- manage day-to-day operations according to policies

- control wine and spirit inventories and pour costs
- enforce cash handling and tip compliance policies

- counsel and guide personnel
- collaborate with culinary team on guest feedback
- conduct daily pre-shift meetings
- interact visibly on the floor with guests and team members
