Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food and beverage operations
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including AM and PM shifts
- Customer-focused mindset
- Basic knowledge of health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Superb verbal and written communication skills
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of food and beverage standards
- Hotel experience is a plus
- Bar experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of all hotel dining outlets including Starbucks and bars
- Ensure exceptional guest service and high service standards
- Support and train team members to deliver professional service
- Manage food and beverage inventory and quality control
- Coordinate with other hotel departments for seamless service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Enforce health and safety regulations and compliance
