The Food & Beverage Supervisor role at Hyatt Regency St. Louis is a full-time position that plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all dining outlets within the hotel, including Starbucks, bar service, and various restaurant venues. This position demands a hands-on leader with a strong background in hospitality, food and beverage operations, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. The supervisor is entrusted with maintaining high standards of service, enhancing guest satisfaction, and supporting team members to perform their duties professionally and efficiently.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations across multiple food and beverage outlets, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. You will coordinate with team members to manage service flow, resolve issues promptly, and uphold health and safety standards. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in food and beverage operations
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including AM and PM shifts
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred
  • Knowledge of food and beverage standards
  • Hotel experience is a plus
  • Bar experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of all hotel dining outlets including Starbucks and bars
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and high service standards
  • Support and train team members to deliver professional service
  • Manage food and beverage inventory and quality control
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments for seamless service
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
  • Enforce health and safety regulations and compliance
