Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage supervision or related hospitality role
- Knowledge of Micros system
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
- Excellent organizational skills
- Positive attitude and team player

- Previous experience working at a restaurant in a luxury hotel or full service resort
- Knowledge of Micros point of sale system
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to make quick decisions in high stress situations

Job Duties
- Attend weekly meetings and relay information about upcoming events to staff
- Supply information about capabilities and programs to other departments and clients
- Respond promptly to needs and requests of guests and potential guests
- Ensure implementation and maintenance of high standards of food, beverage, and service quality
- Implement effective cost controls for food, beverage, and labor
- Utilize inventory, receiving, and product utilization systems
- Lead by following productivity standards for food and beverage personnel
- Create a comfortable atmosphere that encourages employee commitment and loyalty
- Assist with hiring and training programs for food and beverage personnel
- Provide support in other food and beverage outlets as needed
