Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous supervisory experience in a hotel food and beverage setting
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand, walk, lift (35-50 lbs), and perform physical duties required in a hospitality environment
- strong communication skills
- ability to handle cash and credit transactions
- proficiency with point-of-sale systems

Job Duties
- Supervise restaurant, lounge, and banquet service staff
- manage daily shifts and oversee outlet and banquet functions
- assist with training, mentoring, and evaluating team members
- ensure service standards, cleanliness, and appearance guidelines are maintained
- handle guest interactions and resolve concerns to ensure guest satisfaction
- support administrative duties, shift reports, and departmental meetings
- enforce cash handling and closing procedures
- maintain high visibility during service periods
