We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our management team. This role is integral in overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring that service quality meets and exceeds guest expectations. The supervisor will maintain a strong presence on the floor during service hours, providing support to team members and proactively addressing operational needs. Responsibilities include managing guest interactions to resolve complaints related to food quality, service, or accommodations, and assisting with service tasks such as inventory counting, restocking, bussing, and cashier duties when needed. The supervisor will monitor department setup and maintenance, ensuring all side work is performed diligently and that associates are fully informed of any changes in policies or events.

Job Duties
- Supervise daily food and beverage operations
