Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED or equivalent education
  • minimum of one year of host/hostess or lead server experience in a restaurant, club, or hotel setting
  • ability to understand and explain the menu
  • capacity to address customer service issues effectively
  • availability to work meal hours as needed
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • willingness to collaborate with management

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED or equivalent education

  • strong customer service and communication skills
  • ability to understand and explain the menu
  • leadership and team management experience
  • passion for hospitality and senior care

Job Duties

  • lead a team of wait staff to ensure professional and courteous service
  • schedule waitstaff to ensure adequate staffing for all meals
  • assist with seating and serving during dining operations
  • consult with Food and Beverage Manager and Director of Dining on service and staffing issues
  • resolve customer service issues effectively
  • coordinate meal service and ensure smooth dining room operations
  • maintain a warm, inviting atmosphere for residents
