Hearthwood Senior Living is a distinguished senior care community dedicated to enriching the lives of its residents through compassionate care and exceptional service. Located in a welcoming and family-like environment, Hearthwood Senior Living prides itself on fostering meaningful connections and creating a warm, inviting home where the wisest individuals can feel valued and respected. Serving seniors with dignity and kindness, Hearthwood is committed to nurturing not just the physical, but the emotional and social well-being of everyone in its care. The community is currently undergoing an exciting $14 million campus renovation that promises to enhance the resident experience significantly, including the addition of a modern bistro and a beautifully refreshed main dining room, aimed at elevating dining experiences and social engagement.
The role of Dining Room Supervisor at Hearthwood Senior Living is an integral leadership position responsible for overseeing the daily dining operations and ensuring a positive, respectful atmosphere for all residents. This position requires a dedicated professional with a passion for hospitality and senior engagement, skilled in managing a team, coordinating meal services, and addressing customer needs promptly and courteously. As Dining Room Supervisor, you will lead a team of wait staff, ensuring that every resident is greeted warmly and treated with professionalism. You will be responsible for scheduling staff to provide adequate coverage for all meal times, as well as assisting in seating, serving, and other aspects of dining operations as needed. Collaboration with the Food and Beverage Manager, Director of Dining, and Executive Chef is crucial in resolving any food, service, or staffing concerns, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for all guests. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment and finds joy in making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors. Working at Hearthwood Senior Living means becoming part of a supportive team that values compassion, respect, and excellence in service, offering an enriching career path within the senior care and hospitality sectors.
