Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED or equivalent education
- minimum of one year of host/hostess or lead server experience in a restaurant, club, or hotel setting
- ability to understand and explain the menu
- capacity to address customer service issues effectively
- availability to work meal hours as needed
- strong interpersonal skills
- willingness to collaborate with management
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- lead a team of wait staff to ensure professional and courteous service
- schedule waitstaff to ensure adequate staffing for all meals
- assist with seating and serving during dining operations
- consult with Food and Beverage Manager and Director of Dining on service and staffing issues
- resolve customer service issues effectively
- coordinate meal service and ensure smooth dining room operations
- maintain a warm, inviting atmosphere for residents
