Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 3 - 5 years work experience in related field
- 1 year of restaurant supervisory experience
- associates degree in hospitality or business administration or related field preferred
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- open availability preferred

Job Duties
- oversee daily café operations to ensure exceptional guest service
- provide hands-on leadership to servers and support staff
- monitor service flow and product quality consistently
- enforce food safety, sanitation, and café standards
- support scheduling and shift coverage
- coach and mentor team members to deliver accurate and timely service
- collaborate closely with Café Manager and culinary team to maintain smooth operations
