The Food & Beverage Supervisor for UU Café plays a critical role in delivering the exceptional service standards that Canyon Ranch is known for. This position oversees the daily operations of the café, ensuring a warm, efficient, and service-focused environment for guests. As a hands-on leader, the supervisor is responsible for directing servers and support staff, monitoring service flow and product quality, and ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. Working closely with the Café Manager and culinary team, the supervisor helps maintain smooth operational processes and supports departmental goals aimed at enhancing the overall guest experience. This role also involves managing scheduling, shift coverage, and providing coaching to staff members, fostering an environment where friendly, accurate, and timely service is the standard. Given Canyon Ranch’s emphasis on wellness and guest satisfaction, the Food & Beverage Supervisor must embody the company’s service ethos and contribute to its continued success in the wellness hospitality sector. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 3 - 5 years work experience in related field
- 1 year of restaurant supervisory experience
- associates degree in hospitality or business administration or related field preferred
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- open availability preferred
