Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • at least one year of food and beverage related experience or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of all health and safety regulations and procedures
  • demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates
  • basic competence in subordinates’ duties and tasks
  • good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
  • must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace
  • commitment to excellence and high standards
  • versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
  • acute attention to detail
  • ability to manage priorities and workflow
  • excellent customer service skills
  • professional appearance and demeanor
  • bilingual skills a plus

Job Duties

  • Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates
  • monitor product quality and guest satisfaction in food and beverage outlets
  • ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards
  • interact with guests to obtain feedback
  • perform service functions during high volume or staffing shortages
  • assist with maintaining inventory and par levels of supplies
  • ensure staff abides by all regulations for serving alcoholic beverages
  • ensure all equipment is in working order and report malfunctions
  • perform other duties as requested by management
