Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage industry preferred
- Ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina for prolonged periods on feet
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand or be on feet for extended periods
- Previous restaurant supervisor experience is a plus
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Positive and can do spirit
Job Duties
- Assist in supervising multiple food and beverage outlets on property
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations ensuring quality and consistency
- Supervise and support colleagues to maintain excellent service standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage customer interactions to provide positive guest experiences
- Operate in a fast-paced environment requiring physical stamina
