Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food and beverage industry preferred
  • Ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina for prolonged periods on feet

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand or be on feet for extended periods
  • Previous restaurant supervisor experience is a plus
  • Refined verbal communication skills
  • Positive and can do spirit

Job Duties

  • Assist in supervising multiple food and beverage outlets on property
  • Oversee daily food and beverage operations ensuring quality and consistency
  • Supervise and support colleagues to maintain excellent service standards
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage customer interactions to provide positive guest experiences
  • Operate in a fast-paced environment requiring physical stamina
