Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in related work
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to work extended periods standing, sitting, or walking
- Capability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Compliance with company safety and security policies

- At least 2 years of related work experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience

Job Duties
- Ensure staff work together as a team to provide optimal service
- Inspect staff grooming and attire and correct deficiencies
- Complete opening and closing duties including setup, cleaning, and securing premises
- Inspect storage areas for cleanliness and proper inventory management using FIFO
- Complete scheduled inventories and stock requisitions
- Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service quality, safety, and guest well-being
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating staff
- Serve as a role model and initial contact for Guarantee of Fair Treatment and Open Door Policy
- Ensure compliance with company and safety policies and report incidents
- Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- Welcome guests and address service needs
- Develop positive team relationships and support common goals
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and identify improvement opportunities
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and moving objects as required
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
