The Food and Beverage Supervisor position at Island Hospitality plays a critical role in supporting the overall management of food and beverage operations both in the front and back of house within the hotel settings. Job Requirements

- identify major revenue and expense opportunities and possible problems
- create and distribute team member schedules in a timely manner
- supervise day to day operations of food and beverage outlets
- manage and maintain the sanitation of the food and beverage areas and equipment in the hotel to protect the assets, comply with regulations and ensure quality service

- advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the food and beverage/hospitality profession
