Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year cashier experience two years server experience and one year in direct sales or retail or equivalent combination
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in food and beverage preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent guest service and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Successful completion of a background check prior to employment

Job Duties
- Supervise train and support the front-of-house and coffee shop teams to provide prompt courteous and professional service
- Schedule dining reservations coordinate special events and arrange services for parties or groups
- Greet guests escort them to tables provide menus and ensure a welcoming experience
- Address and resolve guest complaints effectively and professionally
- Assign work tasks and oversee daily activities of associates to ensure smooth operations
- Inspect serving stations for neatness cleanliness and readiness requisition supplies as needed
- Assist in planning menus preparing beverages and expediting food orders when necessary
- Manage cash handling responsibilities including collecting payments verifying receipts and balancing registers
- Reward and recognize team members who use empowerment to meet or exceed guest expectations
- Perform other duties as assigned
