The Food and Beverage Supervisor role at Hyatt Westlake is a pivotal position within the hotel's Food and Beverage division. Job Duties

  • Assign work tasks and oversee daily activities of associates to ensure smooth operations
  • Inspect serving stations for neatness cleanliness and readiness requisition supplies as needed
  • Assist in planning menus preparing beverages and expediting food orders when necessary
  • Manage cash handling responsibilities including collecting payments verifying receipts and balancing registers
  • Reward and recognize team members who use empowerment to meet or exceed guest expectations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
