Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year cashier experience two years server experience and one year in direct sales or retail or equivalent combination
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in food and beverage preferred
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent guest service and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Successful completion of a background check prior to employment

Job Duties

  • Supervise train and support the front-of-house and coffee shop teams to provide prompt courteous and professional service
  • Schedule dining reservations coordinate special events and arrange services for parties or groups
  • Greet guests escort them to tables provide menus and ensure a welcoming experience
  • Address and resolve guest complaints effectively and professionally
  • Assign work tasks and oversee daily activities of associates to ensure smooth operations
  • Inspect serving stations for neatness cleanliness and readiness requisition supplies as needed
  • Assist in planning menus preparing beverages and expediting food orders when necessary
  • Manage cash handling responsibilities including collecting payments verifying receipts and balancing registers
  • Reward and recognize team members who use empowerment to meet or exceed guest expectations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
