Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year of experience in supervisory role in a restaurant or banquet setting
  • Food service background at the server level
  • Knowledge of bar service and liquor inventory controls
  • Experience with Micros point of sales system preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Availability to work varied shifts including holidays and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or banquet setting
  • Food service experience at the server level
  • Knowledge of bar service and liquor inventory control
  • Experience with Micros point of sales system preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates ensuring adherence to brand and hotel standards
  • Monitor product quality and guest satisfaction in food and beverage outlets
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards
  • Interact with guests to obtain feedback on service and food quality
  • Perform service functions during high volume or staffing shortages
  • Assist with maintaining proper par levels and inventories of supplies
  • Ensure staff adhere to legal requirements for serving alcoholic beverages
  • Ensure equipment is maintained and malfunctions are reported
  • Follow sustainability guidelines related to HHM’s EarthView program
  • Practice safe work habits and follow OSHA standards
  • Perform other duties as requested by management
