Job Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in supervisory role in a restaurant or banquet setting
- Food service background at the server level
- Knowledge of bar service and liquor inventory controls
- Experience with Micros point of sales system preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work varied shifts including holidays and weekends
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates ensuring adherence to brand and hotel standards
- Monitor product quality and guest satisfaction in food and beverage outlets
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards
- Interact with guests to obtain feedback on service and food quality
- Perform service functions during high volume or staffing shortages
- Assist with maintaining proper par levels and inventories of supplies
- Ensure staff adhere to legal requirements for serving alcoholic beverages
- Ensure equipment is maintained and malfunctions are reported
- Follow sustainability guidelines related to HHM’s EarthView program
- Practice safe work habits and follow OSHA standards
- Perform other duties as requested by management
