Known for its meticulous attention to detail, exemplary guest services, and a welcoming atmosphere, Wild Dunes Resort is celebrated as one of Fortune's 100 Best Companies to Work For in 2025. This accolade reflects the resort's prioritization of employee engagement, professional development, and a supportive work environment where colleagues are valued as integral members of a cohesive team.

Joining the Food & Beverage team at Wild Dunes Resort as a Supervisor offers an exciting opportunity to engage with a dynamic department responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences. Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining the physical atmosphere, inspecting table settings, managing daily reports, and overseeing financial transactions securely and accurately.

This position demands a flexible schedule, including availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays, to cater to the fluctuating demands of the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication and interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina is required, as the job involves extended periods of standing, lifting, and other physical tasks.

Working at Wild Dunes Resort comes with a comprehensive benefits package and numerous perks, including free room nights, discounted and friends and family room rates, and medical, prescription, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days of employment. Employees also enjoy paid time off, holiday pay, paid family bonding time, adoption assistance, and a 401(k) plan with a company match. Additional benefits include access to recreational facilities such as the beach, tennis, and pickleball on days off, and retail discounts tailored for colleagues. Both full-time and part-time employees are eligible for these benefits, fostering a workplace culture that supports work-life balance and career growth.

Wild Dunes Resort champions core values of empathy, integrity, respect, inclusion, experimentation, and wellbeing, which are woven into the daily operations and interactions within the resort. This commitment to values ensures a respectful and inclusive environment where innovation and employee wellness are prioritized. If you are motivated to lead a dedicated team and contribute to a guest experience that is nothing short of exceptional, this Supervisor role at Wild Dunes Resort presents a valuable career opportunity within the thriving hospitality industry.
