The role of Food and Beverage Supervisor at Montage Palmetto Bluff offers a dynamic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and leadership. Collaborating closely with the Department Manager, you will help develop, implement, and maintain high service standards, ensuring that all food and beverage offerings meet Montage's renowned quality and timeliness. This position demands proactive oversight of the department's setup and maintenance, guaranteeing all side work is completed and department areas are guest-ready. Engaging directly with guests to foster positive interactions and deliver WOW moments highlights the customer-centric focus of this role. Additionally, you will perform other duties as assigned, adapting to business needs and contributing to the overall success of the food and beverage department.
