Job Requirements

  • Assist in accurately forecasting food and beverage revenue and expenses
  • assist in ensuring hotel staff is trained in financial control procedures for cash, vouchers, inventories, and receivables
  • identify major revenue and expense opportunities and possible problems
  • create and distribute team member schedules in a timely manner
  • supervise day to day operations of food and beverage outlets
  • manage and maintain the sanitation of the food and beverage areas and equipment in the hotel to protect assets, comply with regulations and ensure quality service

Job Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the food and beverage/hospitality profession
  • knowledge required for managing people, complex problems, and food and beverage management
  • highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
  • effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary
  • ability to work well in stressful situations
  • readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service
