Job Requirements
- Assist in accurately forecasting food and beverage revenue and expenses
- assist in ensuring hotel staff is trained in financial control procedures for cash, vouchers, inventories, and receivables
- identify major revenue and expense opportunities and possible problems
- create and distribute team member schedules in a timely manner
- supervise day to day operations of food and beverage outlets
- manage and maintain the sanitation of the food and beverage areas and equipment in the hotel to protect assets, comply with regulations and ensure quality service
Job Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the food and beverage/hospitality profession
- knowledge required for managing people, complex problems, and food and beverage management
