About the Role: The Food & Beverage Supervisor (F&B Supervisor) serves as a pivotal member of the management team, overseeing all food and beverage operations at the property. This multifaceted role involves direct responsibility for hiring, training, supervising, and managing the food production and service staff to ensure that guest experiences consistently meet or exceed expectations. The F&B Supervisor utilizes their extensive knowledge in service standards, health and safety regulations, and beverage laws to maintain operational excellence.
This position demands strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively oversee daily operations including banquet setups, special events, and routine service delivery. Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of related experience in F&B management
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of health regulations and liquor laws

Job Duties
- Daily management of the food and beverage service staff
- Ensures each member’s experience is memorable
- Direct and assist with set-up, preparation and execution of banquets, parties and special events
- Assist the Food & Beverage Director / Dining Room Manager in hiring, supervising, scheduling and developing bartenders, cooks, and beverage cart attendants
- Provide daily oversight of F&B accounting procedures
- Maintain cost controls and conduct monthly inventory
- Train front line staff on quality assurance and appropriate guest service
- Comply with applicable health, alcoholic beverage, fire and other local/state laws
- Follow correct closing procedures and appropriate cash handling practices
- Provides service and tends bar as needed
- Ensures that high standards of sanitation and cleanliness are maintained throughout the kitchen and bar at all times
- Ensure timely delivery of food items ensuring quality and presentation
- Promotes teamwork and associate morale
- Assists in trouble shooting equipment failures and notifies GM so proper work order is entered
- Communicate daily with staff for special needs, outages, projects
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
