Working outdoors in various weather conditions requires attentiveness and energy, making this role suited for individuals who thrive in lively and interactive workplaces. Additionally, certifications such as ServSafe, TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol, and Allergen Certification are mandatory within 30 days of hire, reflecting the company’s commitment to safety and guest welfare.

Beyond the duties and responsibilities, Lucky Strike Entertainment provides an attractive work culture with appealing perks such as free access to bowling and other attractions like laser tag, billiards, mini golf, ropes courses, and rides. Employees enjoy $1 arcade play, all-day access at Boomers, FECs, and waterparks, plus discounts on food and beverages, parties, group events, and special promotions for friends and family. These benefits, commencing from the first day, underscore the company’s dedication to rewarding its workforce generously and fostering an enjoyable workplace.
