Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18 or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of previous leadership experience
- At least one year of food and beverage experience
- Must obtain ServSafe certification within 30 days of hire
- Must obtain TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification within 30 days of hire
- Must obtain Allergen Certification within 30 days of hire
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of previous leadership experience
- At least one year of food and beverage experience
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment
- Strong knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Proficiency in computer software programs and English
- Certifications ServSafe TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol and Allergen Certification within 30 days of hire
Job Duties
- Ensure execution of all food and beverage service programs including ordering planning product handling and display
- Maintain cost of goods sold COGS waste and misuse by following set systems and procedures
- Implement service efficiencies including FIFO cooking oil maintenance and cleanliness
- Support the F&B Manager in inventory management ordering supplies and maintaining equipment and facilities
- Execute training coaching and performance management of food and beverage team members
- Assist with recruiting hiring onboarding and engaging team members to ensure a high performing workforce
- Ensure compliance with local Board of Health guidelines and cleanliness standards
