The Food and Beverage Supervisor role at Millennium Hotels and Resorts is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations within the hotel. In this role, the Food and Beverage Supervisor will lead, train, and mentor staff to uphold the highest service standards and create a positive, collaborative work environment. Job Duties
- Supervise the daily operations of food and beverage service, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train, mentor, and schedule food and beverage staff to maintain high levels of service
- Ensure guest satisfaction by monitoring service quality and responding to guest feedback and concerns
- Assist in the development and implementation of menus, pricing, and promotions for the food and beverage outlets
- Conduct inventory management, ordering, and cost control to optimize expenses and maximize profitability
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service across all areas of the hotel
- Prepare reports on service performance, labor costs, and inventory for management review
- Promote a positive team environment while maintaining professionalism and high standards
- Support administrative functions of the Food and Beverage department, including maintaining operational records, preparing reports, and assisting with scheduling and documentation
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Food and Beverage Manager
