Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Supervise the daily operations of food and beverage service, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Train, mentor, and schedule food and beverage staff to maintain high levels of service
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by monitoring service quality and responding to guest feedback and concerns
  • Assist in the development and implementation of menus, pricing, and promotions for the food and beverage outlets
  • Conduct inventory management, ordering, and cost control to optimize expenses and maximize profitability
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service across all areas of the hotel
  • Prepare reports on service performance, labor costs, and inventory for management review
  • Promote a positive team environment while maintaining professionalism and high standards
  • Support administrative functions of the Food and Beverage department, including maintaining operational records, preparing reports, and assisting with scheduling and documentation
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Food and Beverage Manager
