Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of experience as a cashier
- two years of experience as a server
- one year of experience in direct sales or retail
- previous supervisory or leadership experience in food and beverage preferred
Job Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, train, and motivate a team
- excellent guest service and conflict-resolution abilities
- strong organizational skills for scheduling, coordinating, and managing daily operations
- attention to detail in cleanliness, presentation, and service delivery
- ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- at least one year of experience as a cashier, two years of experience as a server, and one year in direct sales or retail or an equivalent combination of experience
- previous supervisory or leadership experience in food and beverage preferred
- high school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Supervise, train, and support the front-of-house and coffee shop teams to provide prompt, courteous, and professional service
- schedule dining reservations, coordinate special events, and arrange services for parties or groups
- greet guests, escort them to tables, provide menus, and ensure a welcoming experience
- address and resolve guest complaints effectively and professionally
- assign work tasks and oversee daily activities of associates to ensure smooth operations
- inspect serving stations for neatness, cleanliness, and readiness
- requisition supplies as needed
- assist in planning menus, preparing beverages, and expediting food orders when necessary
- manage cash handling responsibilities, including collecting payments, verifying receipts, and balancing registers
- reward and recognize team members who use empowerment to meet or exceed guest expectations
- perform other duties as assigned
