Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year of experience as a cashier
  • two years of experience as a server
  • one year of experience in direct sales or retail
  • previous supervisory or leadership experience in food and beverage preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, train, and motivate a team
  • excellent guest service and conflict-resolution abilities
  • strong organizational skills for scheduling, coordinating, and managing daily operations
  • attention to detail in cleanliness, presentation, and service delivery
  • ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • at least one year of experience as a cashier, two years of experience as a server, and one year in direct sales or retail or an equivalent combination of experience
  • previous supervisory or leadership experience in food and beverage preferred
  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Supervise, train, and support the front-of-house and coffee shop teams to provide prompt, courteous, and professional service
  • schedule dining reservations, coordinate special events, and arrange services for parties or groups
  • greet guests, escort them to tables, provide menus, and ensure a welcoming experience
  • address and resolve guest complaints effectively and professionally
  • assign work tasks and oversee daily activities of associates to ensure smooth operations
  • inspect serving stations for neatness, cleanliness, and readiness
  • requisition supplies as needed
  • assist in planning menus, preparing beverages, and expediting food orders when necessary
  • manage cash handling responsibilities, including collecting payments, verifying receipts, and balancing registers
  • reward and recognize team members who use empowerment to meet or exceed guest expectations
  • perform other duties as assigned
