The Food & Beverage Supervisor position is a critical role within the hospitality industry, specifically within hotel food and beverage departments. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age in compliance with alcohol service regulations and must either have or be willing to obtain certificates or licenses necessary for regulatory compliance.

Job Duties
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned F&B areas
- work to understand the knowledge of state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons, and drunk driving
- check storage areas for proper supplies, organization, and cleanliness
- support the Manager by assisting in ensuring staff has reported to work
- document any late or absent employees
- coordinate breaks for assigned staff
- inspect table/set-ups, check for cleanliness, neatness, and agreement with guest's order and departmental standards
- ensure that all orders are delivered within designated timelines
- assist in taking guests' orders, following specified procedures, as necessary to ensure department standards
- document pertinent information in the department logbook
- complete all paperwork and closing duties in accordance with departmental standards
- review status of assignments and any follow-up action with the Manager and/or on-coming Supervisor
