With 1,200 exquisitely designed guest rooms and suites ranging from studios to four-bedroom configurations, the resort provides a luxurious and welcoming environment aimed at creating memorable stays for owners and guests alike. Combining world-class amenities, exceptional hospitality, and an energetic atmosphere, Elara offers an unmatched vacation experience where every day feels like a getaway.
Elara is currently seeking dedicated Food and Beverage Stewards to join its esteemed team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and orderly appearance of dining and service areas within the resort, ensuring guests enjoy a hygienic and pleasant environment. Food and Beverage Stewards play an essential part in supporting the smooth operations of the resort's multiple dining outlets, including the lobby bar, Marketplace, pool bar, and grill. The ideal candidate will be passionate about upholding Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) standards and State health regulations, contributing to the outstanding service culture that Elara prides itself on.
As a Food and Beverage Steward at Elara, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at sanitation and maintenance. Duties include cleaning tables, filling ice bins, emptying trash, bus tubs transportation to the kitchen, and sanitizing kitchenware such as pots and pans. You will also be tasked with cleaning floors and designated equipment like sinks, refrigerators, freezers, and service areas. Proper maintenance of the cleanliness of public and staff-accessible spaces including bars, dining areas, walls, and floors is crucial. Stewards will monitor assigned work areas to ensure compliance with all cleanliness and sanitation protocols set forth by HGV as well as the State Department of Health.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a lively, fast-paced environment with a team committed to excellence and guest satisfaction. Experience in food and beverage service, while not mandatory, is beneficial and food safety certification is desirable. Working hours may vary and include weekends and holidays, reflecting the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry. Elara values its employees and promotes diversity, inclusion, and offers reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities. Joining Elara is not only about a job; it is about becoming part of a community focused on creating exceptional vacation experiences for guests from around the world.
