The company prides itself on fostering a culture rooted in values of inclusivity, respect, and innovation that create meaningful team member experiences and outstanding guest service. Employees at Target benefit from dynamic career opportunities supported by comprehensive training programs, competitive compensation, and an array of employee benefits aimed at their well-being and professional growth. Target values team members who demonstrate ethical behavior, safety consciousness, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. The role also supports the broader retail operation by occasionally assisting with cashier duties, order pickup, and drive-up fulfillment while maintaining compliance with all safety and legal requirements.
