Job Description
The Canyons Castle Pines is a premier residential community located just south of Denver, Colorado. Established in Fall 2019, it stands as one of the most anticipated new developments in the Greater Denver area in recent decades. The community provides a harmonious blend of serene natural surroundings with easy access to urban amenities, making it an ideal living and recreational destination. The development is managed by Shea Homes Colorado, a respected name in master-planned communities, ensuring a high standard of quality and design throughout the area. BlueStar Resort & Golf has been entrusted with managing The Canyons amenities, including The Exchange, the community's premier dining and social hub.
The Food & Beverage (F&B) Social Media Manager role is a dynamic, full-time position offering an annual salary of $70,000. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the F&B team to achieve excellence in culinary services, events, and overall guest experiences across multiple venues within The Canyons community. Reporting directly to the Director of Food & Beverage or Club Manager, this leadership position plays a vital role in promoting the brand through strategic social media management and operational oversight.
This position requires a hands-on leader with strong skills in managing food service operations and developing engaging social media content that highlights menu offerings, events, team culture, and special guest experiences. You will be tasked with creating and publishing content that accurately reflects each venue's brand identity while upholding BlueStar Resort & Golf's marketing standards. Managing content calendars, coordinating seasonal campaigns, and collaborating with leadership teams to enhance community engagement are integral responsibilities.
In addition to social media responsibilities, the F&B Social Media Manager oversees the operational aspects of the food and beverage department, including budgeting, cost control, staff hiring and training, scheduling, and maintaining consistent standards of food quality and service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong team-building leadership abilities, and a commitment to embodying BlueStar's core values of honesty, integrity, respect, teamwork, and competitive spirit.
The role offers a comprehensive benefits package, including eligibility for medical, dental, and life insurance plans after the first month of full-time employment, paid time off accrual, paid holidays, and participation in the company's 401(k) plan. Candidates must also be prepared to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and possibly travel occasionally. With a focus on continuous improvement and creativity, this position provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant community and a thriving hospitality environment within a prestigious master-planned residential setting.
