The St. James Theatre, a proud venue within the ATG Entertainment family, is seeking Food and Beverage Service Team Members in New York, NY. This part-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $19 plus gratuity, with schedules based on business volume and capped at 29 hours per week. As a Food and Beverage Service Team Member, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional hospitality and memorable experiences to theatre patrons on Broadway. The role includes varied responsibilities such as Coat Check, Delivered-at-Seat service, and Kiosk operations, with occasional opportunities to serve as a Bartender or Lounge Attendant based on skill level. Successful candidates will join a dynamic, high-energy, and detail-oriented team that actively supports safe and smooth venue operations while contributing to achieving sales targets.

Candidates undergo comprehensive training and supervised shadow shifts, compensated at the stated hourly rate, prior to performing independently; during training, tips are not provided. Job Requirements

  • Availability for part-time work up to 29 hours per week
  • Willingness to undergo training and shadow shifts
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and travel up and down stairs frequently
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Flexible availability including weekends, matinees, and holidays preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • TIPS, Food Handler's, or ServSafe certifications encouraged
  • Bilingual skills are a plus

Job Duties
