We are currently seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Server who will play a pivotal role in sustaining our reputation for exceptional service. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be entrusted with ensuring that every interaction exceeds expectations, effectively communicating the details of our evolving menu and beverage offerings, and managing your section with grace, efficiency, and professionalism. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
experience in food and beverage service preferred
knowledge of service standards and ability to follow a training manual
strong verbal and written communication skills
ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
adherence to grooming and uniform guidelines
flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings
ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in fine dining or private club food and beverage service preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills
comprehensive knowledge of a broad menu and beverage program
able to maintain composure under pressure in high-volume settings
understanding of applicable liquor laws and service regulations
ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
professional appearance and demeanor
willingness to learn and grow professionally

Job Duties

Effectively serve food and beverages in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner
address all member concerns to create a pleasant dining experience
explain how various menu items are prepared, describe ingredients and cooking methods
clear, sanitize, and reset tables according to service standard
demonstrate coordination of table pacing and section maintenance while anticipating member needs
proficient in wine by the bottle service according to club standards
follow service standards as established in the training manual and adapt to changes and newly implemented service standards by Management
