It is a par-72 course stretching over 7,243 yards and was thoughtfully designed by the acclaimed golf course architect Bobby Weed. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Food & Beverage Servers. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of hospitality that are synonymous with the TPC brand. The Food & Beverage Server will be responsible for greeting guests promptly, taking orders efficiently, and delivering top-notch service in a courteous and professional manner. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for providing memorable guest experiences. The server will work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages, adhering to strict quality standards and presentation guidelines.

Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • one to two years of food and beverage service experience
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • capability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
  • good communication skills
  • availability to work early mornings late nights weekends and holidays
  • compliance with federal state and local safety and health regulations

Job Qualifications

  • thorough knowledge of food and beverage service procedures
  • high school education or equivalent
  • one to two years of food and beverage service experience
  • ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • knowledge of state and federal alcohol regulations
  • excellent customer service skills

Job Duties

  • greet all arriving guests at assigned station in a pleasant manner making them feel welcome and at ease
  • communicate menu specials and changes answer questions and take guest orders accurately
  • ensure that work stations are properly refilled at the beginning and end of every shift
  • advise supervisor of any member or guest complaints so they can be immediately and professionally resolved
  • participate in the continuous cleaning and up-keep of all food and beverage areas
  • serve food and beverage items that meet strict standards as outlined by the menu specifications work sheets
  • prepare and serve soft beverages according to specifications prescribed by standard operating procedures
